Scope: High Power Technical Solutions LLC provides custom websites, Cloudflare edge hosting, proactive maintenance, and human-operated operational desks in Hampton Roads, Virginia.
Client Ownership: You own your website content and business assets 100%. We host and keep it updated.
Acceptable Use: Lawful commercial purposes only. No spamming, malware, misleading email headers, or bought contact lists.
Limitation of Liability: Total liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service over the preceding 12 months under Virginia law.
